Dr. Wayne Barksdale, MD
Give a round of applause for Dr. Wayne Barksdale, MD of Hardtner Medical Center in Olla, Louisiana! Dr. Barksdale has cared for patients in north Louisiana for more than 20 years, and he continues to be one of the leading family practice physicians in his area. He graduated from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport in 1990 before completing his residency in Family Medicine at LSU Medical Center in 1993.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Barksdale has earned many accolades including being named the Preceptor of the Year for Family Practice in 2012, 2013 and 2014. Outside of his practice, he enjoys flying planes and playing the guitar.
