Webinar: The Direct Link Between Hospital Safety and Patient Satisfaction
May 12 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Our live Zoom webinar features Safety National experts Tammy Cain Kraatz and Alleen Wilson explaining the direct link between healthcare risk management programs and patient satisfaction.
Website ratings and social media make it easy for patients to immediately cause direct reputational harm to healthcare providers by publically airing bad experiences.
While it can be tempting to blame patients for this, it is vital for healthcare professionals to understand how the lack of a solid risk management program directly correlates to poor patient satisfaction. Failure upon the part of healthcare organizations to provide employee safety programs, equipment and routine training creates an environment primed for error. These errors can lead to major professional liability, organizational, and reputational consequences.
In this Live Zoom webinar, we will explain how creating a culture of safety within your healthcare organization helps mitigate risks, reduces injury and error, and ultimately increases patient satisfaction.
In this webinar, participants will learn:
- The correlation between employee and patient satisfaction with emphasis on safe patient handling.
- Why a culture of safety impacts hospital employee satisfaction.
- Main causes of hospital employee injuries.
