Alleen Wilson, CAWC
Senior Risk Control Manager, Safety National
Ms. Wilson is a risk control professional with approximately 20 years of experience. Her areas of responsibility include conducting risk assessments and managing risk control services for a portfolio of accounts. She markets risk control services, provides technical advice and account information to underwriting and business development for risk assessment and analysis, and coordinates the provision of risk control services on assigned accounts by utilizing outside Risk Control Consultants or internal resources.

Ms. Wilson began her career as a Loss Control Consultant working at an insurance broker where she was responsible for conducting safety inspections, providing training and loss control services to school districts and community colleges. She then moved on to work for a large carrier focusing on auto and general liability for contractors, auto dealers, warehousing and trucking industry. Her career would later also branch out to private industry where she was a Risk Manager handling multiple key components for a self-insured group. From there, she moved on to eventually work for another major carrier as a Sr. Risk Control Manager.

Ms. Wilson has a broad base of knowledge and experience in self-insurance, hazardous materials, fleet management programs, auto liability, EPLI, general liability, workers’ compensation law, and general health and safety. Her career in risk management and safety is well rounded including working at insurance brokers, carriers, and private industry.

Ms. Wilson is a graduate of Ferris State University in Grand Rapids, MI, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental, Industrial Health and Safety. Ms. Wilson earned a Certified Authority on Workers’ Compensation (CAWC), is a registered Loss Control Consultant in the State of Texas and an approved Field Safety Representative in the State of Arkansas. She is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE).
