Maggie McWilliams, RN, BSN, LNC
CEO & Owner, McWilliams Healthcare Consulting, LLC
Ms. McWilliams is the CEO and owner of McWilliams Healthcare Consulting, LLC, a healthcare consulting firm with clients in Louisiana, Kansas, Texas, Mississippi, and Arkansas.

Ms. McWilliams earned her nursing degree in New York in 1980. She served as medical certification program manager for hospitals at the Health Standards Section of the Louisiana Department of Health for a decade. She has also worked as a staff nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director of nursing, program director, administrator, clinical educator, infection control coordinator, director of quality, survey specialist, legal nurse consultant, and regulatory program manager.

Les Williams, CRM
Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer, Risk Cooperative
Les Williams, a Certified Risk Manager (CRM), is Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Risk Cooperative, an innovative strategy and risk advisory firm based in Washington D.C.

After high school, Mr. Williams attended The University of Virginia’s Rodman Scholars Engineering Program and graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. After graduation, he was an engineer with Ford Motor Company in Detroit. In 2003, Mr. Williams left Michigan to attend Harvard Business School (HBS) where he served as Class Co-President. Before joining Risk Cooperative, he held various positions in sales and marketing with firms in Atlanta and Washington, DC.

Andrew Brickley
Vice President of Business Development, Opelousas General Health System
Mr. Brickley joined Opelousas General Health System as Vice President of Business Development in 2016 with 16 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Due to the disruptions that technology and the pandemic are creating for healthcare, Mr. Brickley works with the other leaders at Opelousas General Health System to create convenient resources and pathways to access healthcare. Some of the initiatives for Opelousas General Health System include branching telemedicine services into Arnaudville Elementary, launching a retail pharmacy, and a Meds to Beds discharge medication program.

Mr. Brickley attended the College of Charleston and received his undergraduate degree in History. He later attended Kent State University to receive his MBA in Healthcare Management. Since 2013, Mr. Brickley has been an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and will be eligible to take his fellowship exam this year.

Nadia Delahoussaye
Partner, Jones Walker
Ms. Delahoussaye has broad-based litigation and healthcare regulatory practice advising clients from across the industry spectrum. Drawing on her more than 25 years in private practice and her firsthand experience as co-founder of and general counsel to one of Louisiana’s first teleradiology networks, Ms. Delahoussaye helps clients navigate the rapidly developing regulatory landscape affecting today’s healthcare delivery, including US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) application and registration processes and Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) approvals, US Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) coverage issues, state corporate practice of medicine regulations, and issues arising during the COVID-19 era and beyond.
Shelly Martin, MD, FAAP
Pediatric Medicine, Baton Rouge Clinic AMC
Dr. Martin, a specialist in Pediatric Medicine, received her undergraduate degree from Nicholls State University in 1989 and earned her M.D. from the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans in 1993. She continued at LSU Health Sciences Center, performing her residency in Pediatrics and completing her program in 1996. She entered into private practice before joining The Baton Rouge Clinic AMC in 1998.

Dr. Martin is board certified in Pediatrics and Epic Systems EpicCare Ambulatory and is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana. During her almost 20 years of medical practice, she has served as EMR Medical Director, as a Board Member of the Capital Area Shared Services Organization, and on the Executive Committee of The Baton Rouge Clinic.

Cherry Beth Salter
Director of Nursing. Hardtner Medical Center
Ms. Salter has worked in the healthcare industry for 34 years, gaining experience in nursing administration with a focus on the management of rural healthcare delivery in critical access hospitals and opening rural clinics. As a seasoned Chief Nursing Officer, she is passionate about advancing telehealth in rural clinics.

In addition to her role as a CNO, she holds a fellowship in the Louisiana Nurse Leader Institute and has a Master in Healthcare Administration from LSU in Shreveport as well as a Bachelor of Nursing from Northwestern State University.
