Tierney is a founding member of Tierney and Smiley LLC. His practice area is primarily focused on workers’ compensation defense, employer liability and employer’s rights. Tierney graduated from LSU Law School with a JD and was admitted to the Louisiana Bar Association in 1998. He is a member of LASIE and LABI.
Attorney, LeBas Law Offices
Rozas is an attorney at LeBas Law Offices in Lafayette, LA. His practice is primarily focused on employer liability, handling numerous state workers compensation cases, and injuries under the LHWCA each year. He is a 1992 graduate of LSU Law School, where he served on the Moot Court Board.

Wilson is a risk control professional with approximately 20 years of experience. Her areas of responsibility include conducting risk assessments and managing risk control services for a portfolio of accounts. She markets risk control services, provides technical advice and account information to underwriting and business development for risk assessment and analysis, and coordinates the provision of risk control services on assigned accounts by utilizing outside Risk Control Consultants or internal resources.

Gaines is the Director of Administrative Services for Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS). She has worked at CIS for 30 years and has been in the healthcare arena for 37 years. During her tenure at CIS, Connie has developed multiple departments such as Purchasing, Fixed Asset Management, OSHA and General Safety.
