Overview

How we interact with one another in the work environment impacts the morale of the entire staff and the quality of care we give to patients. During this webinar, we discuss what constitutes disruptive behavior among physicians and staff, how this behavior impacts patient safety and staff morale, and how to discourage disruptive behaviors in the workplace.

Participants will receive 1.0 nursing contact hours by the Louisiana Hospital Association for complete attendance of the program. The Louisiana Hospital Association is approved by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing – CE Provider #39.

CHSP/CPSO: 1.0 contact hours of continuing education credit toward fulfillment of the requirements of CHSP designation of Certified Healthcare Safety Professional & CPSO designation of Certified Patient Safety Officer.
