Christi Kingsley, CHHR
Christi Kingsley, CHHR, is the chief human resources officer for West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital (WCCH) in Sulphur, LA. She directs all aspects of human resources for the organization and is the senior leader for volunteer services, education & development, employee health, nutrition services, environmental services and the hospital's two fitness and wellness facilities. Previous administrative duties include WCCH Foundation, public relations, marketing, and service line development.
A native of Lake Charles, LA, Ms. Kingsley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University and has been with WCCH for 26 years with over 18 in the human resources department.

2020 was quite a year for West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital (WCCH) after facing the COVID-19 pandemic and two back-to-back hurricanes that devastated the region. Ms. Kingsley will discuss lessons learned by WCCH through these trials that may help your organization in the future.
