Tracy Pettigrew

Tracy began her career in the Human Resources Department at North Oaks Health System in Hammond, LA, immediately after graduation from LSU in 1995.

She has a master’s in health administration from LSU-Shreveport, as well as her SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. Tracy has been recognized as Leader of the Month and in 2017 she was recognized as Leader of the Year.

During her tenure at North Oaks, she has held various positions within Human Resources. In 2013, she accepted her current position as Human Resources Director.

In her role, she oversees all aspects of Human Resources including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, absence management, regulatory compliance, employee health, and workers compensation.
