Brett Sanders, MS, OTR/L, CEAS, COEE

Brett has been an Occupational Therapist for 26 years and has treated in a variety of settings ranging from operating rooms to manufacturing floors. As a leader in injury prevention, workers compensation injuries and ergonomics, Brett is sought after for his ability to reduce musculoskeletal injuries by teaming with management, educating employees and methodically achieving desired results.

He began his career treating hands, burns and providing acute care at St. Agnes Medical Center in Philadelphia. He joined Select Medical/NovaCare Rehabilitation in 1999 as an onsite hand specialist, quickly expanding his specialties to include ergonomics, job analyses, FCE’s and early symptom intervention.

In his role on the WorkStrategies National Team, he manages the ergonomics product line for the outpatient division and is a National Account Manager for many large contracts. Brett is responsible for the risk program that uses of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to assess and mitigate risk. He leads education of clinicians for all onsite services and heads special projects for the company’s largest clients.

Brett received his Bachelor of Science and his Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Springfield College. He has two certifications in ergonomic evaluation and assessment. Brett has worked exclusively in Workers Compensation for the past 23 years. His experience is demonstrated by successfully reducing claims in a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals, warehouse, distribution, grocery, airlines, aerospace, food & beverage, cable, meatpacking and construction.
