CMS General Provider Telehealth and Telemedicine Tool Kit


In response to President Trump’s efforts to reduce the transmission of COVID-19 telehealth services were expanded to include Medicare beneficiaries.


This toolkit, put together by CMS, is mostly directed toward providers who are interested in establishing permanent telemedicine programs. The toolkit contains resources on 1135 blanket waivers, general telemedicine policy assistance, implementation guide, state statute guide, basic setup information, and technical assistance information.
