Safety Star for Physician’s Offices and Healthcare Clinics
The Safety Star Award for physician's offices and healthcare clinics is designed to recognize a physician’s office practice or healthcare clinic that has successfully implemented an idea or process to improve patient safety or quality of care.
If your physician’s office practice can demonstrate improved patient safety or quality of care due to an improved process or program, you are eligible to apply!
The award winner receives:
- $10,000 cash award
- Recognition by LHA Trust Funds on our website, in our promotional materials, and to our members.
- A recognition luncheon for your project team
